At Digitalex Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services and solutions. By engaging our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following refund policy.
Once a project has been confirmed and work has commenced, no refund shall be provided under any circumstances. Project initiation includes, but is not limited to, requirement gathering, planning, research, design, development, consultation, resource allocation, or any work performed by our team.
All advance payments, booking amounts, setup fees, and milestone payments made towards any service are strictly non-refundable once the project has started.
Upon project confirmation, dedicated resources, technical teams, designers, developers, and project managers are assigned to the project. The associated man-hours and operational costs are incurred immediately and therefore cannot be refunded.
If the client chooses to cancel, postpone, abandon, or discontinue the project after work has begun, no refund will be issued for any amount already paid.
Refund requests based on change of business plans, change of requirements, change of management decisions, or change of mind will not be accepted once the project has commenced.
Even if the project is partially completed, all payments made up to that point remain non-refundable as work, effort, and resources have already been invested in the project.
Any expenses incurred for domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates, premium themes, plugins, APIs, software licenses, advertising credits, or third-party services are strictly non-refundable.
Refunds are not applicable for services including but not limited to website development, software development, mobile app development, digital marketing, SEO, branding, graphic design, content creation, consulting, maintenance, or support services once work has started.
Any refund consideration before project initiation shall be solely at the discretion of Digitalex Solutions. Once project activities have commenced, no exceptions shall apply.
By making payment and confirming the project, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.
Any disputes arising out of this Refund Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Visakhapatnam (Vizag), Andhra Pradesh, India.
